Our assessment services start at $250/hr.

FAQ about pricing and services:

How long will I have to wait to get tested?

We are currently scheduling assessments approx. 1-2 weeks after the initial phone call. (Updated June 2024)

Can I use my HSA funds?

Yes! Be sure to let your intake clinician know that you would prefer to pay this way.

Do we take insurance?

Most insurances will not cover psycho-educational testing, particularly for adults. This is because they believe that assessment is educational, not medical. Additionally, there are often restrictions put in place by insurance companies. By paying out of pocket, we are able to fully tailor our assessment to your question, without these restrictions.

For those insurances that do cover it, however, we are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit. Some insurance companies, such as UC SHIP, will also reimburse in-network and out-of-network providers at a similar rate.

Can I pay on a payment plan?

Yes! We realize that this is a huge time and financial commitment, so please let us know if you would like to chat through payment plan options.

Do I need to pay all at once?

Most people pay over 2-3 installments, with the final installment being paid before receiving your report.

Will I have unexpected additional charges?

No! We work in a flat fee model, which means what you get quoted is what you will pay, regardless of how much time we spend on your assessment. Additionally, you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate after our conversation which will detail out what you should expect to pay.
